Thoughts On Rainy Days

Rainy days may come and go
but without them
thirsty grass and trees wouldn’t grow.

The past couple of days have been cloudy here
making one gloomy and lacking cheer
but the clouds have brought rain
so to me might be pain
but the flowers and rosebuds have a lot to gain.
