To re-awaken a King who sleeps can be fatal, you know … Do you know if Arthur has his Excalibur still? There are so many version of different stories that Excalibu or Caliburnus has been returned to the Lady of The Lake and never to be seen again. Some says that it has been hidden somewhere together with the Holy Grail … hmmm …

Are you speaking from personal experience at having to occasionally wake Amando, Sherrie? LOL !

No, waking a sleeping King can be fatal.

Especially if you forgot to bring a good cup of Tim Horton’s Coffee with you when you wake him. 😀

Yes, there are many different versions of the Arthurian myth.

And the sword Excalibur was returned to the Lady of the Lake as Arthur lay dying although the knight tried to hide it for his own.

But Arthur knew the knight was lying.

But when the knight actually did it and the knight told Arthur that the Lady splashed the top of the water with her hand 3 times, then Arthur knew the Sword had been returned.

Yes, there are many tales of the Holy Grail.

I’d like to think that the Holy Grail is in a tiny church somewhere in the beautiful land of Wales.

A cup not of precious gold or silver but a simple wooden cup made by a loving Galilean carpenter’s hand.

But a cup more precious than gold since Our Saviour’s hands and lips touched it.
