Osiris’ Vision For One World Government

Having got his mojo back recently (after paying his arch-enemy brother’s top research scientist Dr. Cadbury Rocher a huge amount of money to re-attach a certain long lost body part), Osiris was sitting in a Rome night club hoping to get it on with the ladies.

A drunken diplomat who sat next to him up at the bar said to him, “Excuse me, sir, I was just having a conversation with my friend here,” he gestured to the empty seat next to him, “about what form a one- world government should take if one should ever happen to come into place. What form do you think it will take?.”

Osiris had been brushing up on world history ever since he had been brought back into material existence by the accelerated high particle beams of an ET laser death ray gun fired in reverse a year ago this past Halloween.

Thus he was able to answer the question.

“Well,” Osiris dropped an ancient cyclops’ eyeball into his martini, “I don’t think either an extreme laissez-faire capitalism nor a Soviet style Communism shall succeed in establishing a one-world government.”

“No, what will succeed then?” The diplomat bought another round of drinks for himself and his invisible bunny rabbit friend sitting next to him.

“I believe it will be a globalized form of German National Socialism,” Osiris answered, “but one that will be truly global and not Germanic. It will be the political and economic system of the Third Reich on a world-wide scale but one devoid of its racial theories and notions of racial superiority. In this globalized form of an international National Socialism, all races and ethnic groups will be accepted. It will be certain individuals that will be persecuted but for their beliefs and not for their racial or ethnic backgrounds- individuals who do not follow the global hive mindset (what Teilhard de Chardin would probably consider an Incarnation of his Noosphere). Those individuals will be persecuted and maybe eliminated.
The rest will follow the world leader without question under the slogan One Planet One People One Leader.
And of course instead of doing everything for the Fatherland, they will do everything for Mother Earth.”

“Wow,” the diplomat pondered this for a moment and then turned to his invisible friend (who had not touched his Harvey Wallbanger), “what do you think about that, Harvey, old boy?”.

These Germans, they seem to get everything right, except for their arrogance, which often spoils everything – see the National Socialism, which couldn’t have gone any “wronger” than that. Marx and Engel’s theories weren’t that bad in theory either, and look what happened to practice. People need an enemy, they need someone to persecute if not properly educated. Education rulzz. Corruption and “I know someone who knows someone” should have to be completely eradicated. Daniel and I were discussing something similar the other day. The difference between governments that work and governments that don’t is that people trust the governments that do. As simple as that. They would give up everything for the whole. No one can expect this of the people under an overtly corrupt government. That’s destined to go wrong no matter hot tempting or even flawless a theory. Everything aside, I had a truly good laugh! Extremely well-written, as always. But then again, I never expected any less 🙂

Yes, people do trust governments that work.

I wonder if there’s any government in the world that has that trust.

Glad you enjoyed this chapter. 🙂

That’s what we were discussing with Daniel a few days ago. Usually the countries where people obey their governments (excluding dangerous dictatorships). Those are trusted in this way. I’m not saying they’re perfect. Just better.

      • Dracul Van Helsing said,

        Indeed. 🙂

I just wonder if there’s a country anywhere in the world where over 50% of the people (which constitutes a majority) actually trust their government.

It reminds me of a speech my dad once delivered about the original historical King Arthur (my dad studied his life in the original Welsh and Celtic sources whereas most Arthur scholars just study the later Anglo-Saxon sources written a century or more later) and how he was such a great wise and respected leader among both Celts and the Anglo-Saxons (who became his subjects after he defeated these would-be conquering invaders at the Battle of Mount Badon) that he generated a mythos that still holds sway over human imaginations until this day.

How the historical Arthur was truly a wise and amazing and trusted leader- even more remarkable than the Arthur depicted in later Camelot tales.

I discussed that speech with both Daniel and Sherrie in comments a month or so ago.

In places like Soviet Russia, Nazi Germany and North Korea, leaders are literally worshiped and implicitly trusted. So, I’m not sure how well the “trust” thing works. People seem to trust fascist governments even more than they trust democratic ones.

      • Dracul Van Helsing said,

        That’s very true, Nicholas.

Hitler, Stalin and the Kims did and do enjoy wide popularity among their respective peoples.

      • Nicholas C. Rossis said,

I’m reminded of the (in)famous Goebels’ aphorism – “the greater the lie, the more people are willing to believe it.”

      • Dracul Van Helsing said,

Yes, something that can be seen from the multitudes of people who in their Twitter tweets or Facebook statuses will fall behind any idiotic bandwagon that is gripping the social networking world at the current moment and do so without any rational thought beforehand.

Interesting how many masks fascism wears.

    • Dracul Van Helsing said,

      It is interesting, Nicholas.

Just as 1920s silent film star Lon Chaney Sr. was the Man of A Thousand Faces, so is Fascism the Political System of A Thousand Masks.

    Another great chapter, Chris! 🙂
    HUGS!!! 🙂

Very good political satire with another prophetic twist. We are headed for a world government. The Black Dragons will implement it within the next decade as soon as the Cybrid Army is completed. I’ve already got the marching song done. The orgasmatron needs more testing. Apparently it works on females multiple times but males tend to go to sleep after the first shot. I truly enjoy the test and evaluation phase. 😀

    • Dracul Van Helsing said,

      Thanks very much, Daniel. 🙂

Hopefully you won’t be mounting the orgasmatron at the same time Michelangelo is visualizing a painting of Sherrielock.

Otherwise the shock you’ll receive will make what happened to that Kardashian brat’s basketball player husband look like a mosquito bite by comparison. 😀

      • Hyperion said,

Thank you for the fair warning, Chris! Bad timing could have unpredictable results. Renfield, Michelangelo, and Amadeus will need to see a doctor if they have a literary erection that lasts more than four hours. Save yourself Chris, it’s too late for me…
