Yes, I really really really admired Alan Rickman and his tremendous acting talent, Ana. ๐Ÿ™‚

I don’t think you read the vampire novel chapter that I wrote a few days ago called Amadeus Stardust.

In it, I talk about the genetic and DNA background of Amadeus (and Renfield as well) which gives some insight into the characters of both individuals- particularly Amadeus.

I haven’t written much about Amadeus’ inner struggles since I started writing my novel at WordPress but I used to write a great deal about his inner struggles at a previous blogging site- particularly between the years 2006 and 2008.

I love Rickman. He looks quite darn serious in Harry Potter when the fact e is such a very funny guy. Benedict Cumberbatch did Alan Rickman’s expression on Jimmy Fallon show – that was hillarious but brilliant! LOL

I loved the expression on Alan Rickman’s face when he was watching Rowan Atkinson as the sales clerk in Harrod’s Department Store putting all that pot pouri into the bag with the elaborately decorated ribbon and bow box containing the necklace in the movie Love Actually. ๐Ÿ˜€

I haven’t watch Love Actually. But my girls cried terribly after they told me that Alan Rickman died. For the fact that he is not that actor of their generation, but simply because he is THAT ONE & ONLY “Severus Snape” had been the one most beloved character in Harry Potter film.

We watched our Harry Potter films again and the kids had some tears. It is something they understood all of a sudden, that one or two superstars of which you grow up with that has that connection somehow with your childhood, it struck them straight into their heart.

But we did had a good evening watching Harry Potter film with loads of chips and Cola!

I think you’d thoroughly enjoy the movie Love Actually, Sherrie. ๐Ÿ™‚

Nice that you and your children watched the Potter films together again in Rickman’s memory.

You know his role of Severus Snape is the role I most remember of all the characters in the Potter films.

His role was the most intriguing.

The way he looked, the way he portrayed the character, you could feel there was an immense inner struggle going on in that character’s soul.

And then you found out the reason why.

        He loved Harry Potter’s mother.

A sad tragic figure who became a hero in the end.

As Harry said of him, “He was the bravest man I ever knew and he came from Slytherin.”
