Quetzalcoatl On Valentine’s Day

Quetzalcoatl saw the lovers Mary Lou and Bob.
He decided to intervene being a dark godly snob.
He introduced himself singing, “Hello, Mary Lou. Good-bye heart.”
And so Mary Lou did depart
no longer in Bob’s hand was her heart.
The dark deity now held it aloft
and down his throat it went followed by cough.
Bob’s heart was soon united with her
they were together where the deity’s stomach did purr.

Always deep and always with symbolic meaning 🙂 I like it very much, dear Chris

Well, that is one way to keep a couple together for eternity. Great poem Chris in true Van Helsing style. 🙂

      Thanks very much, Daniel. 🙂

Yes, keeping a couple together for eternity is like being sealed in a Mormon temple sealing for eternity marriage ceremony. 😀

What Quetzalcoatl hath joined together, let no intestinal discharge put asunder.

Poor Mary Lou! Has no-heart! 😦
    And poor Bob! 😮
Quetzalcoatl and Hannibal Lecter are two I will never dine with! 😉 😛
    Great VD poem, Chris!
    HUGS!!! 🙂

      Thanks, Carolyn. 🙂

No, you wouldn’t want to be invited for dinner by either Quetzalcoatl or Hannibal Lecter. 😀

When they say, “‘I’m having you for dinner’…they really mean ‘you are the dinner’!” *snort*

      • Dracul Van Helsing said,

Yes, I love that last line Dr. Hannibal Lecter said in the movie The Silence of The Lambs when he’s on the phone and he says, “I’m having an old friend over for dinner.” 😮

Is that a sort of heart assassination?
    Nice.
But where the hell is Valentine?
Who do no love work no more?
Some poor hearts are lost and bleed out there …

    • Dracul Van Helsing said,

Yes, Valentine seems to be missing this Valentine’s Day.

There are a lot of sad broken hearts out there.

Quetzalcoatl seems to have ripped out the heart of all of humanity.
